The elaboration of management plans for protected sites part of the national ecological network NATURA 2000 is crucial for effective biodiversity protection. Under a contract with WWF/Marsilea Ltd. expert team of PDM Services Ltd. completed GIS analysis, zoning, development of thematic maps and provided consultancy services for the finalization of the draft management plan for Balgarka NATURA 2000 site. The completed draft management plan will be presented to the Ministry of Environment and Water for approval and enforcement.
